I’m Amina El-Fassi, a seasoned headhunter with over 15 years of experience helping businesses discover exceptional talent and individuals unlock new opportunities. Born and raised in Casablanca, I’ve always been passionate about bridging the gap between companies and professionals, fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual growth. I began my journey in recruitment immediately after graduating from Université Hassan II in 2007 with a degree in Human Resources Management. Over the years, I’ve built expertise in industries such as technology, finance, and retail. I’ve honed my skills in identifying top-tier talent, providing strategic advice to employers, and coaching candidates to reach their full potential. In 2015, I co-founded Atlas Talent Partners, a boutique headhunting firm based in Casablanca. Since its inception, we’ve worked with clients across Morocco, Europe, and the MENA region, offering personalized recruitment services tailored to each client’s unique needs. I’m proud to lead a team that shares my vision of delivering excellence and fostering sustainable professional relationships. When I’m not connecting talent with opportunity, I enjoy mentoring young professionals, participating in industry conferences, and exploring Morocco’s rich culture and landscapes.
